Personal data processing (RGPD/GDPR)

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD/GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD, Spanish Data Protection Law), ERISHIELD informs users about the processing of their personal data.

2. Purposes of processing

The personal data that the user provides through contact forms or when making a purchase is processed for the following purposes:

• Manage, confirm, and process orders placed in the online store.
• Provide the data to third-party service providers necessary for delivery (transport company, payment gateway).
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and customer service issues.
• Send commercial communications about products and offers, exclusively when the user has given express consent.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data is the execution of a sales contract (Art. 6.1.b RGPD), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c RGPD), and where applicable, the express consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a RGPD) for the sending of commercial communications.

4. Data retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the applicable legal periods (tax, accounting, claims). Commercial communications will be sent until the user requests to unsubscribe.

5. Recipients

The data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, to the extent strictly necessary for the provision of the service:

• E-commerce platform (Shopify) and payment gateway.
• Transport and logistics companies for order delivery.
• Public administrations where there is a legal obligation.

Data will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes without express consent, except where required by law.

6. Rights of data subjects

The user may exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to soporte@erishield.shop.

Likewise, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that their rights have been breached.

7. Accuracy of data

The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes to it. The controller is not responsible for the inaccuracy of the data provided by the user.
