General conditions of sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ERISHIELD (hereinafter, "the company") and users who access and make purchases on the website, in compliance with the LSSI-CE (Spanish Information Society and E-Commerce Law) and RDLeg 1/2007 (Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

1. Acceptance of the conditions

Access to and use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of the terms, they must refrain from using the site and making purchases.

2. Products and prices

The products offered on the website are presented with their essential characteristics. Images are illustrative and may not exactly match the final product. Prices indicated include applicable VAT.

ERISHIELD reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase confirmation.

3. Purchase process

The user selects the product, goes directly to checkout via the purchase links, and completes payment through Shopify's secure payment gateway. The order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been verified.

4. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).
• Apple Pay.
• PayPal.
• Bizum.
• Shopify Payments.

All transactions are carried out through a secure connection (HTTPS) and are processed by the payment gateway. ERISHIELD does not store card details at any time.

5. Availability

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, ERISHIELD will inform the user by email and offer the possibility of receiving an equivalent product or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Product guarantee

GripLock™ includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The 3M VHB adhesive maintains its adhesion properties under normal conditions of use. For issues arising after the guarantee period, the user may contact customer service.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, images, videos, logos, designs) is owned by ERISHIELD or by third parties who have authorized its use. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

ERISHIELD shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from the use of the website or the products. The company's liability is limited to the amount of the purchase made by the user.

The GripLock™ product is designed as a mounting accessory for mobile devices. It does not guarantee total protection against extreme drops, violent theft, or force majeure situations. The user is responsible for the proper use of the product.

9. Modification of the conditions

ERISHIELD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions shall be those in force at the time of purchase.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with the provisions of consumer and user regulations.
